Nueva tendencia de hospitalidad

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la factibilidad para la creación de un hotel ecológico en la Isla Isabela, provincia de Galápagos, para cubrir la demanda turística que existe en la Isla, convertirse en una nueva alternativa de hospitalidad, ofreciendo a sus usuarios: el servicio de alojamiento y servicio de bar, con calidad en la atención al cliente, comodidad, compromiso y respeto a la naturaleza. La importancia recae en la creación de una nueva infraestructura hotelera que cumpla con los permisos y regulaciones existentes, lo que otorgará más confianza a los visitantes y/o turistas para que pernocten en la Isla Isabela, y no sea tan solo un punto de paso en el itinerario de viajes.
