Ethos de una praxis cotidiana: aproximación al imaginario social construido en La Restinga

Abstract

En el presente documento se ofrece una aproximación a la gestión de la participación transformadora del pueblo a través de formas de organización del Poder Popular desde el esfuerzo gubernamental, bajo el apoyo en el impulso de proyectos productivos y socioculturales que permitan la transformación integral y continua del sistema socioeconómico, en lo cual lo local es el principio garante del desarrollo sostenible. Específicamente en el contexto de la Comuna Eco-turística “Laguna de la Restinga†, en el Estado Nueva Esparta de Venezuela, transcurre esta experiencia, que se ilustra con el fin de compartir realidades vivenciales en aras de garantizar la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas y la Suprema Felicidad Social de sus habitantes, a partir del empoderamiento de estos últimos.
