Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en el Consejo Popular Reparto Betancourt, con el objetivo de diseñar una Campaña de Cambio Social, para lograr una mejor integración de las personas con discapacidad visual a la sociedad. La investigación contiene los referentes teóricos y metodológicos sobre la discapacidad visual y las campañas de cambio social. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el Histórico-Lógico, Analítico-Sintético. De nivel empírico: encuestas, entrevistas y revisión de documentos. Un diagnóstico inicial en la comunidad permitió conocer un grupo de deficiencias que impiden un mejor desenvolvimiento de las personas con discapacidad visual en su entorno. Se escogió una muestra de 38 personas que padecen algún tipo de discapacidad visual. La campaña pretende demostrar que desarrollando al máximo la educación preventiva, la cultura, la salud y calidad de vida, y la divulgación por todas las vías se puede lograr un cambio de conducta en estas personas y lograr su plena integración a la sociedad. El aporte de la investigación consiste en el diseño de una Campaña de Cambio Social que logre la máxima integración de las personas con discapacidad visual a la sociedad.
