Ley General De Contabilidad Gubernamental Su Aplicaciã“N En Entidades Pãšblicas (Area De Oportunidad Y Desarrollo Para Nuestra Profesion)

Abstract

Este trabajo se realiza con el objeto de brindar un panorama general acerca de la aplicación que tiene actualmente la ley General de Contabilidad Gubernamental en los gobiernos locales, debido a que los entes públicos aplicarán la contabilidad gubernamental para facilitar el registro y la fiscalización de los activos, pasivos, ingresos y gastos y, en general, contribuir a medir la eficacia, economía y eficiencia del gasto e ingresos públicos, la administración de la deuda pública, incluyendo las obligaciones contingentes y el patrimonio del Estado. De esta misma forma todos aquellos procesos administrativos de los entes públicos que impliquen transacciones presupuestarias y contables generarán un registro automático y por única vez de las mismas en los momentos contables correspondientes. Por lo que con esta nueva normativa de aplicación a entes de gobierno se amplía aún más nuestro campo laboral, ya que podemos coadyuvar a que la Ley de General de Contabilidad Gubernamental y los procesos de Armonización contable sean aplicados en forma correcta.
