Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial incluye muchos principios, sin embargo uno de los más difíciles de aplicar dentro de las organizaciones es el principio de inclusión, refiriéndose este a la contratación de personas con diferentes características dentro de las que se cuentan preferencia u orientación sexual, género, edad, procedencia, y discapacidad entre otros. La discapacidad es una de las principales causas de no contratación en las organizaciones por lo cual se inició una investigación acerca de personas con discapacidad en Ciudad de México y en Barranquilla (Colombia) en el sector hotelero de cada ciudad, partiendo de las diferentes leyes existentes para protección de las personas con discapacidad en ambos países y la postura acerca de la inclusión en las organizaciones que la promueven.
