Abstract

La presente investigación plantea como objetivo el diseño de un procedimiento para la gestión integrada de los sistemas de calidad y ambiente en empresas de servicios agrícolas basándose en un análisis teórico metodológico del objeto de estudio, determinando las limitantes existentes, teniendo como base el enfoque participativo y estratégico. El proceso diseñado desde el enfoque de mejora continua se estructura en cuatro etapas. La aplicación de este se ejecuta en la CVA Compañía de Mecanizado Agrícola y Transporte Pedro Camejo S.A. Perteneciente al MAT de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, visualizando propuestas de soluciones a los problemas detectados. Manifestándose como las primeras experiencias en el país de la integración de calidad y ambiente, con marcado énfasis en dichas empresas de mecanizado agrícola, buscando contribuir a la soberanía alimentaria.
