La Capacitaciã“N Como Eslabã“N Base Para El Proceso Productivo Del Tablero De Madera Plã Stica En Cuba

Abstract

Se realiza un análisis partiendo de resultados de investigaciones realizadas para el desarrollo de la industria del tablero en Cuba, que favorece el proceso productivo del tablero de madera plástica que actualmente se produce en nuestro país. Teniendo en cuenta su impacto desde el punto de vista económico y social, así como su incidencia para la protección de medio ambiente ya que para su producción se utilizan residuos de la industria maderera y del plástico. La importancia concedida al proceso de capacitación para el desarrollo del proceso tecnológico de la industria posibilita enriquecer conocimientos actualizados que dan solución a problemas tecnológicos en el proceso productivo del tablero, todo ello en dirección a la preservación de una tecnología muy novedosa y con grandes perspectivas como material para la construcción.
