Abstract

La adecuada gestión del marketing interno tiene una importancia trascendental en la satisfacción, motivación y compromiso organizacional de los clientes internos de una organización. El presente artículo desarrolla un modelo de Gestión de Marketing Interno para las Universidades de la República del Ecuador. El modelo propuesto contiene principios, enfoques, premisas, etapas fundamentales, fronteras, y un procedimiento para su implementación.
