La Importancia De Los Derechos Del Consumidor En El Ecuador

Abstract

Si bien es cierto hoy en día la globalización facilita y agiliza los procesos educativos; es necesario que las personas estén cada día más y mejor informadas de lo que sucede a su alrededor. El cumplimiento de los deberes y derechos dentro de una nación solo se pueden garantizar cuando estos son aprendidos por su población. El Ecuador es un país con un gran porcentaje de ingresos económicos debido a la actividad comercial, por ende no solo es obligatorio que se formulen leyes que amparen los derechos de los consumidores sino también que estas sean impartidas y adoptadas por las personas que habitan en el área. Es importante también tener conocimientos acerca de los deberes y derechos que se manejan en el mercado, pues últimamente se han realizado malas prácticas comerciantes donde en su mayoría los perjudicados son los consumidores, quienes por lo general no tienen conocimiento acerca de las leyes que los respaldan y protegen como consumidores. Los derechos de los consumidores en el Ecuador son normativas poco difundidas y utilizadas por la falta de conocimiento de las mismas.
