Abstract

En la actualidad, se sufre de un gran cambio en el entorno en que vivimos en lo que se refiere a nuestro día a día, por el estilo de nuestra vida diaria y las relaciones con la sociedad, hasta el punto de afectar tanto la salud, como el bienestar personal. Por lo que en las últimas décadas el estrés laboral es un problema latente que está alarmando a la población ya que ha tenido un aumento significativo en los riesgo laborales de carácter psicosocial, y por tanto la ley, como las políticas de prevensión de riesgo tienen que recibir mas atención. Los efectos negativos del estrés laboral repercuten en la salud física y psicológica afectando principalmente a los tres sistemas de respuesta del organismo: el fisiológico, el cognitivo y el conductual y por consecuencia disminuyen las defensas, teniendo más probabilidad de enfermarse, por lo que pueden padecer trastornos como insomnio, dolor de cabeza, dolores musculares y de espalda.
