Influencia Del Liderazgo Efectivo En El Crecimiento Y Bienestar De Los Liderados

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como propósito principal exponer los diferentes enfoques que al pasar del tiempo han sido explicados por diferentes investigadores respecto del liderazgo, buscando diferencias y similitudes, comparando las distintas teorías expuestas al respecto. Para lograr este propósito, se analizaron las ventajas y limitaciones de los diversos enfoques. Con la información encontrada se puede constatar que existen muchas diferencias teóricas en torno a la explicación del liderazgo, teorías en las que se destacan cuatro enfoques dominantes, estos son: las teorías basadas en atributos personales, las teorías conductuales, los modelos situacionales y la perspectiva de las atribuciones. Aun con estas diferencias estas teorías se complementan. Aunque existe investigación empírica respaldada por algunos modelos, sin embargo éstos no pueden explicar las distintas interrogantes que existen. Al final, se contribuye con varias conclusiones en torno al tema de liderazgo y se aporta respecto al futuro de la investigación en este campo.
