Empoderamiento Femenino Y Estrategias De Soluciã“N A Las Dificultades Laborales En Mujeres De Pinar Del Rã O

Abstract

La presente investigación es el resultado de tres estudios realizados en la provincia de Pinar del Río como resultado de tesinas y trabajos de diploma de culminación de estudios en la carrera de Sociología y Estudios Socioculturales respectivamente, con el objetivo de caracterizar el desarrollo del empoderamiento femenino en Pinar del Río en el desarrollo de la vida cotidiana de la mujer cubana. Se tomó una muestra para el estudio las mujeres de los siguientes centros laborales: Fábrica de Tabaco “Juan Casanueva†de Consolación del Sur, Dirección Provincial de Salud Pública de Pinar del Río y el proyecto “Programa de Apoyo Local a la Modernización Agropecuaria en Cuba (PALMA) en el municipio de Los Palacios; donde se visualizó a partir del empleo de métodos y técnicas de la investigación social, existencia de estereotipos sexistas, insuficiente participación de las mujeres en proyectos agropecuarios, poca presencia de las mujeres en cargos de dirección de mayor escala en dichos centros laborales, entre otros. Los resultados provienen del estudio en centros laborales rurales y urbanos. Los resultados que se obtuvieron en el marco del proyecto titulado “Violencia intrafamiliar y estrategias de solución a las dificultades de la vida cotidiana en la familia cubana†, financiado por OXFAM/Canadá en Cuba donde se abordan un conjunto de problemas vinculados con el desarrollo de la vida familiar y de la violencia. El análisis incorpora la perspectiva de género, de familia y de desarrollo humano, la equidad y la dimensión jurídica.
