Ciudadanã A Mãšltiple En Cuba: Lo Cierto Y Lo Controvertido

Abstract

La ciudadanía múltiple se ha convertido en un hecho notorio de gran protagonismo en la actualidad cubana para la población, los operadores jurídicos e investigadores del Derecho, muestra de la contradicción existente entre el texto constitucional, el Decreto Presidencial 358/44 y la práctica jurídica desarrollada por el país. De ahí que en el presente artículo se inicie con una breve reseña histórica que afirma la tradición constitucionalista de no admisión de la doble ciudadanía en Cuba, seguida de una propuesta de reforma constitucional encaminada a revertir esta tradición y con ello atemperar la Constitución vigente a la realidad social que afronta el Estado cubano.
