Abstract

En la actualidad es importante que las empresas cambien su forma de pensar, respecto al área de recursos Humanos que con todos los avances que han surgido a evolucionado, en lo que se conoce como Talento Humano, este departamento es un verdadero apoyo al proceso que realiza la Gerencia, debido a que fortalece la cultura de la empresa y promover un buen clima laboral. La Gestión del Talento Humano, que puede realizar es el análisis y asignación de las funciones de los empleados, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa, pero principalmente por el nivel de conocimiento que tengan cada uno de ellos. El manejo adecuado de esta área garantizará el personal idóneo, cuyas bases son la selección del personal, inducción, capacitación, salarios, entre otros, así como efectuar actividades que sean de bienestar para los empleados. Un empleado motivado es más eficiente y trabajará mejor, lo cual permite aumentar la productividad, de esa forma ayudará a conseguir las metas y objetivos de la organización.
