Abstract

El turismo gastronómico, la riqueza, la variedad de sus destinos y el crecimiento de su economía hacen de un país atractivo para la inversión en turismo vacacional, de negocios y eventos, logrando así convertirse en un sector de oportunidades y de crecimiento continuo, resaltando el patrimonio cultural de la Nación; considerando la cultura como un elemento diferenciador entre los productos turísticos, dándole un carácter único. La gastronomía es imprescindible a un producto turístico, ya que el visitante siempre deberá consumir algún tipo de alimento en el lugar al que se desplazó, creando así un consumo, probando y experimentando parte de la cultura de la región.
