Abstract

El trabajo versa sobre tres aspectos actuales empleados como formas de regulación por el Sistema Capitalista Global a través o mediante los monopolios. Propiedad Intelectual, Transferencia de Tecnologías y Robo de Cerebros, sobre la primera, que a pesar de estar institucionalizada en una organización mundial no garantiza justicia. De las demás, como se utilizan para mantener hegemonía, exclusión social mecanismos desarticuladores que ahondan la brecha tecnológica entre desarrollados y subdesarrollados. Importante porque intenta demostrar y permitir la comprensión del carácter fetichista, explotador y enmascarado del sistema capitalista. La revisión y análisis de variadas fuentes de información evidenció la necesidad de retomar la concepción marxista leninista para fundamentar y contribuir en lo posible a evitar la seducción intencionada que ejerce y trata de mantener el capital y convocar además a una integración real entre los pueblos que necesiten proteger su cultura y soberanía.
