Abstract

Devido ao ambiente competitivo no mundo dos negócios, a busca por novas tecnologias e técnicas para alavancar as transações entre as empresas e seus fornecedores se tornou inevitável para que assegurar uma melhor qualidade de produtos e serviços. O foco deste artigo, é apresentar um novo conceito teórico, apresntado aqui como ''Comakership Crowdsourcing'', através da demonstração de um estudo de caso em uma Rede de Pequenas Empresas, onde alia-se a estratégia de Clusters e a Colaboração em Massa, focando à forma sistêmica de relação entre fornecedores e clientes e transformando a logística, de ferramenta operacional, em ferramenta de gestão empresarial.
