Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar al lector un breve análisis sobre las diferentes formas de transmisión de la tierra de los agricultores pequeños entre personas que están vivas es decir lo que se conoce en Derecho como transmisión intervivos. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo primero analizamos desde el punto de vista histórico algunos elementos necesarios que sirven de fundamentación teórico doctrinal al desarrollo del trabajo. Realizamos la consulta de varios libros que desde el punto de vista teórico tratan aspectos relacionados con el tema. Este trabajo nos permite conocer las formas de transmisión en Cuba de la tierra propiedad de los agricultores así como el papel que desempeña el Ministerio de la Agricultura en todo este procedimiento.
