Abstract

Este es uno de los temas que preocupa cada una de las empresas del entorno, ya que es lo que les permite tener competitividad¸ mientras más actualizadas estén, podrán ofrecer un servicio con mejor calidad y asegurar su permanencia en el mercado. El estar al día cuesta, razón por la cual los empresarios de Santiago de los Caballeros deciden hacer inversiones incalculables en Sistemas Tecnológicos altamente actualizados para tener algo diferente que ofrecerles a sus clientes. La Globalización afecta de forma directa cada organización, el querer expandirse y lograr posicionarse en diferentes mercados internacionales conlleva tener una cartera exquisitamente atractiva para los gurús de los negocios. Es cuestión de adaptarse a los cambios, en todo lo que existe hay reglas de supervivencias, es pues la tecnología una de las partes más critica que determina que tanto será la duración de una entidad en existencia. Para obtener resultados positivos se necesitan sistemas que aporten a estos logros.
