Abstract

El psente estudio evalúa el clima y la estructura organizacionales de una unidad de una institución pública de educación del nivel superior, mediante la utilización de una modelo basado en dimensiones identificadas dentro de ambas variables por medio de una escala de Likert. Como principales resultados se observa que en general la percepción sobre las características de las dimensiones analizadas se encuentra en un rango aceptable, sin embargo se puede identificar que existe una brecha sobre la cual se puede actuar para mejorar el ambiente laboral y el desarrollo de las actividades dentro de institución.
