Abstract

En el presente artículo daremos a conocer la problemática que se viven los usuarios del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, al no contar con la suficiente capacidad para atender la demanda médica que día a día es más afluyente, esta entidad en uno de sus intentos por mejorar su servicio implemento el sistema de citas via telefónica e internet, pero sin embargo esto no es suficiente para un servicio optimo, ya que si por un lado las líneas telefónicas es muy dificil contactar por otro lado en el internet existen citas cerradas debido a la abundante demanda de las mismas.
