Abstract

La competitividad implica un sistema de saberes y ponerlo al servicio de la solución de un problema del contexto productivo y/o de servicio y su comercialización, ha estado condicionado en gran medida por el conocimiento de las propias leyes objetivas que han determinado este proceso, sin considerar que los directivos y consumidores son gestores de la eficiencia del proceso. La eficiencia y la competitividad se enmarcan como condicionantes necesarias del desarrollo económico de la empresa, una mirada desde una empresa comercializadora justifica la necesidad de profundizar en la competitividad empresarial desde una visión global que justifica sostenibilidad del proceso empresarial. El trabajo que se presenta está dirigido a ofrecer los instrumentos necesarios para contribuir a una adecuada integración para ser competitivos, la esencia del trabajo es dar una panorámica de la competitividad como eje esencial del crecimiento estratégico de las empresas.
