Abstract

Se realza un análisis sobre la perspectiva del desarrollo local en Cuba y la producción de alimentos como prioridad nacional, particularizando estos elementos en el Municipio de Moa. Se fundamenta la significación que reviste la producción de alimentos para el consumo local y opción clave para el aprovechamiento de las producciones agrícolas locales. Se realiza un diagnóstico de la Empresa Productora de Alimentos del municipio y finalmente se presenta el proyecto de conservas a partir de productos derivados del agro en Moa a la luz de la metodología IMDL 1.
