Abstract

Las relaciones entre Estados Unidos y Pakistán post 11/9/01 hasta la actualidad, es la temática que nos proponemos abordar. Merece especial atención en el análisis de esta temática, la cruzada antiterrorista de Estados Unidos, en la región del Medio Oriente y Asia Central, la cual merece ser analizada por las implicaciones geopolíticas que trae aparejadas. Dentro de ella a su vez una especial atención debe brindársele al estudio de la evolución de la política de Norteamérica, hacia uno de sus aliados asiáticos, nos referimos a Pakistán, evolución que ha llevado a estos países de aliados incondicionales en un momento histórico a enemigos casi irreconciliables en la actualidad.
