Abstract

En este artículo se analiza el modelo de éxito o efectividad de sistemas de información propuesto por DeLone y McLean en 1992, las principales críticas realizadas a este, y su actualización por los mencionados autores. Sobre la base de las consideraciones extraídas del análisis, y teniendo en cuenta la generalidad del modelo, se procede a evaluar las principales implicaciones que tiene sobre el desarrollo de sistemas de información de marketing.
