Estudio exploratorio sobre la gestión del tiempo y competencias de liderazgo de los directivos y tomadores de decisiones de nivel básico de los Altos de Chiapas

Abstract

El liderazgo y el mejoramiento escolar llaman la atención porque se encuentran entrelazados y se complementan en el sentido de enfatizar la gestión de un modo colaborativo con los diferentes miembros que conforman la institución o centro escolar. El presente artículo deriva de un estudio exploratorio que se llevó a cabo en el Centro Regional de Formación Docente e Investigación Educativa; los resultados que se presentan son parte de la primera etapa del estudio que se lleva a cabo desde marzo de 2014 y concluirá en diciembre de 2016 como parte de un seguimiento puntual a directores y tomadores de decisiones que cursan el Diplomado en Liderazgo Transformacional impartido por el CRESUR y la Worl Fund en el estado de Chiapas.
