Abstract

Este artículo plantea que las redes sociales tienen un amplio potencial, como herramienta, para la proyección de la gestión de la responsabilidad social a través de las relaciones públicas. Dan la oportunidad de crear empoderamiento en los usuarios hacia las causas que apoya y realiza la organización, así como de lograr una participación más activa en las acciones programadas. Contribuyen a la construcción de una imagen positiva, más real y aterrizada de la organización, donde la vinculación e interacción con su público es más estrecha y de un intercambio dinámico.
