Abstract

Este artículo plantea los pilares fundamentales en la formación académica del Relacionista Público como comunicador integral, que se traducen en seis competencias laborales que debe tener el profesional en esta área: Traductores de una ciencia social a un mundo empresarial; Creatividad y Pensamiento Divergente; Profesionales estratégicos, Pensamiento holístico; Credibilidad y Transparencia en la gestión; Constructores de diálogos. Busca llevar a la reflexión a los actores del proceso formativo del Relacionista Público en instituciones de Educación Superior, así como a quienes se están formando en esta disciplina.
