El derecho de retención como garantía real en la legislación cubana actual

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente trabajo reviste gran valor, es novedoso y actual, si se tiene en cuenta que la temática que se aborda trata de una problemática de gran importancia para las entidades estatales prestadoras de servicios. La temática que se aborda en la presente investigación aunque es preocupación de los Juristas y es de objeto de frecuentes debates en el ordenamiento práctico y teórico, no tiene antecedentes de tesis doctorales ni objetivos propuestos constituirá un modesto aporte al perfeccionamiento del sistema legal cubano. El trabajo esta estructurado en dos capítulos el primero trata sobre las garantías en la legislación cubana actual y el segundo régimen de garantía en la legislación cubana actual, además de las teorías en que se puede agrupar el derecho de retención (3) sobre las características del derecho de retención así como los efectos del derecho de retención y su extinción.
