Proyecto de intervención comunitaria para favorecer la inserción laboral de las personas con discapacidad físico motoras en la comunidad de Mariana Grajales del Municipio Banes

Abstract

La inserción sociocultural desde lo laboral constituye una de las premisas de inclusión social de la Revolución para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población cubana. La investigación propone un conjunto de acciones para la inserción sociocultural desde lo laboral de las Personas con Discapacidad Físico Motoras de la comunidad Mariana Grajales en el Consejo Popular Reparto Nicaragua del municipio Banes. En la investigación se aplicaron diferentes métodos científicos que permitieron conocer los referentes teóricos-metodológicos sobre la Discapacidad Físico-Motoras y los que sustentan la inserción laboral de las Personas con Discapacidad Físico Motoras, así como las condiciones socioculturales existentes en la comunidad Mariana Grajales que inciden en la inserción laboral de las Personas con Discapacidad Físico Motoras y el estado actual que presenta la misma en dicha comunidad. El aporte principal de la investigación es el diseño de acciones para la inserción laboral y sociocultural de las Personas con Discapacidad Físico Motoras de la comunidad Mariana Grajales del municipio Banes De los resultados se infiere la importancia de la investigación para contribuir a la inclusión y al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de este sensible sector de la población.
