Ponderação de impactos socioambientais dos encontros de motocicletas: uma proposta metodológica. O caso de Penedo, RJ

Abstract

Esse trabalho apresenta uma proposta metodológica de ponderação de impactos socioambientais para os eventos denominados encontros de motocicletas, uma vez que o evento acontece, em muitos casos, sem critérios socioambientais e pela não existência de Normas específica que regulamente o assunto. Ao fazer uma busca para um estudo mais detalhado, descobriu-se que não existem estudos de ponderação de impacto ambiental ou social nem metodologia para aplicação dos encontros de motocicletas em centros urbanos. Desta forma, foi levantado e proposto um método para mitigar os impactos negativos socioambientais, maximizando os positivos com o objetivo de criar eventos mais responsáveis.
