Abstract

El comienzo, desarrollo y el fin del proceso penal, como sucesión de actos realizados en su devenir temporal, requieren la existencia y actuación de personas que lo lleven a cabo. Es por eso que el objetivo de nuestro trabajo está en caminado a caracterizar los sujetos que intervienen en la fase preparatoria del juicio oral, que tienen funciones muy bien definidas y que de la unión de todas ellas se logra obtener el resultado que forma el proceso en cuestión, estos sujetos son: El instructor, el tribunal, el fiscal, el acusado y su defensor y el acusador particular en caso de los delitos perseguibles a instancia de parte como por ejemplo las querellas y el sobreseimiento injustificado considerado por el tribunal.
