Las causas jurídicas fundamentales que inciden en el aumento de la piratería como infracción del Derecho de Autor en Cuba

Abstract

El presente artículo está encaminado a determinar, mediante un estudio teórico y detallado, las causas jurídicas fundamentales que estimulan el acrecentamiento de la piratería en nuestro país, con el fin de que las mismas sean conocidas por la población y especialistas del Derecho, y así perfeccionar la protección de los autores y sus obras. Como resultado de la misma se ofrece a artistas, estudiantes y demás personas interesadas un material actualizado sobre el acontecer de este fenómeno en el país.
