Evaluación de factibilidad de proyectos de inversión

Abstract

En los últimos años se han incluido inversiones en los planes pero no se han materializado por irregularidades en la fase de preinversión, donde no se dispone de un estudio bien fundamentado sobre su factibilidad. Se realizó un análisis de los elementos teóricos relacionados con el análisis de la necesidad de los proyectos y la evaluación de factibilidad. Al tratarse de proyectos social, se aplica el método del Criterio de Ingreso Nacional (CIN), calculando el Valor Agregado Ajustado Neto (VAAN), la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento Social (TIRS) y el Período de Recuperación de la Inversión (PRI). Se deben considerar tres escenarios diferentes, optimista, pesimista y el más probable. Además se debe realizar una valoración desde el punto de vista cualitativo sobre los beneficios sociales que se obtendrían con la ejecución de proyectos y una evaluación de la factibilidad ambiental de los mismos. Se puedo señalar que hay proyectos que son factibles de ejecutar tanto desde el punto de visto financiero, como social y ambiental.
