Evolución de la producción de leche en cuba en el período 2005-2013. Análisis de Coyuntura mediante la metodología de Extracción de Señales

Abstract

La evolución de la producción lechera en Cuba resulta de especial interés dada la importancia económica que representa este rubro para el país. A pesar de los esfuerzos realizados por la Revolución, su producción no ha podido cubrir la demanda doméstica, en su totalidad. El presente trabajo tiene como propósito realizar un análisis del comportamiento de la serie de la producción nacional de leche desde el 2005 hasta el 2013 mediante el uso de técnicas de extracción de señales, para determinar los factores que inciden en su evolución. Se estructura en tres partes fundamentales, en la primera se identifican los aspectos teóricos sobre la extracción de señales; seguidamente se realiza una breve caracterización de la situación nacional de la producción lechera; y finalmente, se procede a la aplicación de las herramientas que brinda esta metodología para el análisis de coyuntura, así como a la interpretación de los resultados.
