Las TICS para personas con discapacidad visual

Abstract

Esta investigación trata sobre las TICs (Tecnología de la Información y Comunicaciones) que pueden ser de utilidad para las personas con discapacidad visual, pero es importante conocer una descripción de las discapacidades que existen y saber cómo estas tecnologías se las puede implementar para mejorar la calidad de vida de muchas de estas personas por que muchas veces se pensaba que por estar carentes de vista o tener una deficiencia visual no se podían desempeñar muy bien en un puesto de trabajo o en los estudios, pero en estos últimos años en todo el mundo se ha dado énfasis a la integración de las personas con discapacidad a la sociedad y de esta manera mejorar su calidad de vida.
