Abstract

Este trabajo servirá de ayuda comunitaria como un valor de la Universidad a la colectividad, tal como lo determina la ley y los cambios globales. El análisis teórico y legal realizado permite sustentar que la Universidad es un actor protagónico en los direccionamientos de cada Estado, por tanto su responsabilidad y su aporte es viable en su concepción teórica y en su aplicación práctica y legal. El análisis teórico y legal realizado en este artículo permite sustentar que la educación es un proceso de fusión e integración de las personas a la sociedad.
