La prevención del consumo de drogas en los comunitarios universitarios en Las Tunas

Abstract

La Extensión Universitaria como función sustantiva dentro de las universidades tiene entre sus objetivos desarrollar acciones de promoción sociocultural dirigidas a elevar la cultura general integral de la comunidad universitaria y su entorno. Se muestra el resultado de las diferentes acciones extensionistas realizadas en la comunidad universitaria, que contribuyen a elevar el nivel de cultura de salud dirigido fundamentalmente a la prevención al consumo de drogas, psicofármacos y otras adicciones en la comunidad universitaria elevando así su calidad de vida, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades, gustos e intereses de los mismos. Se utilizaron como variables de medida la encuesta, la observación participante y entrevistas. Además se realizan recomendaciones metodológicas con el objetivo de dar respuesta a los problemas que persisten en este tipo de trabajo.
