Importancia económica y ambiental del papel recuperado

Abstract

El papel recuperado se ha convertido en un recurso que cada día se aprecia más, son innegables sus aplicaciones a la producción de papel y los productos derivados de estas producciones. La recuperación del papel usado y su empleo en la fabricación de papel contribuye de manera considerable al ahorro de energía, el agua y la disminución de la contaminación del aire, el agua y los suelos. Se convierte en una garantía para la salud humana y animal, y por otra parte, en una fuente de empleo; contribuyendo de esta forma a palear los efectos de la crisis económica y social que todavía afecta a los países a nivel internacional.
