Abstract

Los movimientos demográficos colocan a las personas naturales ante Estados muy diferentes al de su ciudadanía y los efectos de estos desplazamientos generan discusiones en el derecho en los ámbitos del derecho público hasta el privado. Los antecedentes de los trabajos teóricos entorno a la situación jurídica del extranjero los encontramos desde la propia Roma y con una visión más conciente desde el punto de vista jurídico en el Siglo XVII con el despegue de las Escuelas Italianas Medieval, Escuela Española, la Escuela Holandesa y la Escuela Francesa.
