Las políticas públicas y su papel en la gestión del desarrollo local

Abstract

Se analizan las políticas territoriales como un nuevo modelo de gestión pública basado en el aprovechamiento de los recursos endógenos y exógenos de la localidad, articulando coherentemente los intereses nacionales, ramales y territoriales en función del desarrollo de sus objetivos estratégicos y sus ventajas comparativas y competitivas, en función de la solución de problemas sociales que en el ámbito local se generan. En este sentido se realiza una valoración de las potencialidades de las políticas territoriales para la gestión pública del desarrollo local.
