Control estratégico al proceso de ejecución de los proyecto

Abstract

En la siguiente investigación se expone la propuesta del control estratégico al proceso de ejecución de los proyecto, este se integra dentro del sistema la gestión por proceso a medida que se alcance el éxito, la realización de proyectos es una de las vías que facilita el crecimiento de las infraestructuras, pero si no cuentan con una base metodológica que lo sustente, no se cumpliría con los objetivos de costo, plazo y calidad en su terminación, la idea parte desde su diseño hasta la planificación de los presupuestos, estudios de factibilidad, ejecución, que son los que garantizan su gestión y así propiciar una mejor correspondencia con los resultados finales en la terminación de los mismos, su aplicación aportó como principales resultados la adopción total del enfoque de proceso, influyendo en la satisfacción del cliente, la calidad del servicio y la toma de decisiones.
