Evolución del pensamiento económico en la problemática ambiental

Abstract

Durante el desarrollo del pensamiento económico universal se han notado en su revisión diferentes aspectos relacionados con el mundo natural y económico, especialmente estrecho vínculo entre la naturaleza y la sociedad, constituida esta última por el objeto social (hombre) y el natural (tierra). Desde la época aristotélica hasta el desenlace de la economía neoclásica con el mundo natural y físico se han aportado varias ideas acerca del tratamiento de la temática económica – medio ambiental. Se refleja durante el siguiente artículo el desenlace que existe en el tratamiento de la Economía Política Clásica y la llamada Economía Vulgar, cuando el centro de la atención lo tiene el uso de los recursos naturales en el mercado, y su intercambio por su utilidad y no por su valor. El predominio del enfoque mecánico y causal redujo el campo de estudio de la economía solo a aquellos objetos que se consideraban directamente útiles para el hombre en sus actividades e industrias, no contaban para nada las relaciones sociales de producción.
