Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar los instrumentos para estudio y evaluación de la influencia de la satisfacción laboral. El tema es de una marcada actualidad e importancia para el desarrollo del capital humano por el papel fundamental que desempeñan las personas en la gestión empresarial, caracterizada por un proceso de cambio y transformación, y es un valioso instrumento para materializar la filosofía de mejora continua de la actividad empresarial. En la investigación se propuso un concepto sobre la satisfacción laboral, diferenciando la motivación y las actitudes del trabajo, se determinaron las dimensiones esenciales del objeto, y se desarrollaron los instrumentos para el estudio y evaluación de los factores que influyen en el comportamiento individual, grupal y organizacional. Los instrumentos elaborados y validados contribuirán tanto a los directivos como los especialistas del área de recursos humanos a elaborar las estrategias y el plan de acciones para el seguimiento y control de las deficiencias detectadas.
