Procedimiento para el proceso de cambio a través del enfoque de procesos

Abstract

El enfoque de procesos, como herramienta para provocar cambios en la gestión de las instituciones de archivo, se fundamenta en la necesidad que tienen estas organizaciones de salir del anonimato. En la práctica cotidiana se puede comprobar la falta de información y comunicación que tienen los ciudadanos sobre el accionar de los archiveros. De ahí que se considera oportuno investigar a profundidad cómo contribuir al mejor desempeño en la gestión organizacional del Archivo Histórico Provincial de Holguín. Para contribuir al logro del objetivo propuesto, se lleva a cabo esta investigación, dirigida a mostrar los elementos teóricos relacionados con el diseño y funcionamiento de los procesos presentes en la organización, con el fin de proceder a mejorarlos o rediseñarlos.
