Propuesta de procedimiento para la elaboración de un presupuesto de efectivo

Abstract

La presente investigación incursiona en la administración financiera a corto plazo desde una perspectiva teórica – metodológica. La misma persigue como objetivo: proponer un procedimiento para la construcción de un presupuesto de efectivo que contribuya a la toma de decisiones financieras a corto plazo. La misma parte desde las concepciones teóricas generales relacionadas con la temática para fundamentar la propuesta presentada, a saber: diagnóstico a través de razones financieras y del estado de flujo de efectivo, efectivo necesario según operaciones, distribución del efectivo necesario según tasa predeterminada y elaboración del presupuesto de efectivo; aspectos esenciales en la gestión del efectivo. De esta manera se contribuye con el proceso de toma de decisiones desde la administración financiera a corto plazo.
