Propuesta de una estrategia de gestión del conocimiento en los sistemas contables

Abstract

De la necesidad de mantener actualizados en materia económica-financiera a los especialistas y técnicos de las áreas contables, así como a los directivos de manera general, y de la responsabilidad que tenemos todos de evitar errores y prácticas negativas, es que surge esta propuesta de estrategia, para gestionar toda la información y el conocimiento que se produce en los sistemas contables de las organizaciones. Se definen en esta propuesta los aspectos principales a tener en cuenta en el diseño de un modelo de gestión del conocimiento, tomando como punto de partida los criterios planteados por algunos de los investigadores más destacados en materia de gestión del conocimiento, seleccionando, adaptando y enriqueciendo éstos sobre la base de la experiencia de la autora; estableciendo con esta propuesta una relación directamente proporcional entre la Gestión del conocimiento y la eficiencia y eficacia de la gestión económica, puestos de manifiesto en los resultados de las auditorías realizadas a las entidades subordinadas al Instituto de Información Científica y Tecnológica (IDICT).
