Modelación de la gestión del conocimiento en el comercio minorista de bienes

Abstract

Los cambios que se proponen para la economía cubana suponen una nueva etapa en los conceptos empresariales y la gestión de los diversos procesos que se llevan a cabo. Las empresas de comercio minorista de bienes cubren la función de servir como canales de distribución o intermediarios entre productores privados o estatales, extranjeros o nacionales y el consumidor final que cada vez exige mejor servicio y modifica sus deseos y necesidades. El conocimiento es un recurso que estas empresas han creado en cuba durante años de educación y gestión, pero en la actualidad no se utilizan todas sus potencialidades. El presente trabajo pretende modelar la gestión del conocimiento en empresas estatales de comercio minorista de bienes en Cuba, en la búsqueda de un incremento de la eficiencia y eficacia.
