Violência infantil: um olhar para o lar de passagem de jaguarão

Abstract

O presente trabalho consiste numa pesquisa bibliográfica sobre a violência contra a criança e o adolescente. Buscou-se embasamento em artigos e dissertações de autores que também fazem referência ao assunto. Entende-se que com o aumento da violência contra a criança e o adolescente, faz-se necessário a realização de estudos nessa área, para poder entender no que consiste e como se estrutura tal situação. Para obter dados e informação mais específicas buscou-se junto ao Lar de Passagem Valentin de Lima Piúma situado no município de Jaguarão – RS alguns relatos sobre os menores que lá se encontram. Portanto o objetivo deste artigo é reconhecer a evolução, atuação, a função e a aplicabilidade dos órgãos competentes responsáveis por esta Instituição Pública.
