Propuesta de un sistema de indicadores para el control de la gestión del capital humano

Abstract

El control es un proceso imprescindible para la dirección de una organización ya que proporciona, entre otras cosas, una mejor toma de decisiones. Este proceso, como en el marco del desempeño del personal de la empresa necesita de mecanismos que comprueben las acciones realizadas por el personal en el puesto de trabajo y la forma de gestión de los procesos que se involucran en la relación personal-puesto de trabajo. En la presente investigación se propone un sistema de indicadores para el control del proceso de Gestión de Capital Humano (GCH) teniendo en cuenta el enfoque de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos (GRH) y la importancia de las competencias y habilidades del personal. Además se toma como premisa principal el Modelo Intellectus del Capital Intelectual, se hace referencia al Capital Humano y se aportan varios indicadores integrados a la propia gerencia del personal dentro de la organización.
